planning ahead

This morning my doctor called me at the office. He let me know of a treatment plan, for which we had already tentatively set up the next appointment. I am glad to have the plans laid out, at least through the first week of the New Year.

The drought map moved my part of Texas back to moderate drought from more serious drought phases, but west and parts of southeast Texas are apparently in extreme drought. I am glad it rained today, and hope the rain continues.

One of my oldest friends just got married to a cartoonist. Their holiday card served as a kind of wedding announcement, complete with cartoon. It was very cute.

I find clementines irresistible. I am nearly done with the my current space opera. I have a little more shopping to do.

Thank you. We'll see the outcome in a few weeks. I think that outlook is positive, although, like with anything, you don't know until all the labs on everything comes back in.
