Today I visited the bank my firm uses for the first time. The people were very nice. I felt glad that we do business with such nice people.

Tonight I stopped by a Fry's electronics store to Christmas shop. They did not have the gadget I was looking for as a gift, but the whole place was like gadget candy. I loved the low=priced old technology helmet video cameras for bicycle riding.

Radio Shack in Allen did have just what I was looking for in a gift item. Indeed, they met my specifications exactly by having a gadget that works a lot like a more high end gadget I'd seen, at a much more reasonable price. To seal the deal, I got out my little android cell phone, and found a Youtube consumer demonstration of the gadget in action. The thing was cooler than I had imagined. The store fellow was friendly, and I exited laden not only with that item but with other items.

I watched the last half or so of "The Bishop's Wife". I find Christmas movies comforting and fun this year.
I had seen its trailer on a movie channel lately, so seeing the film seemed entirely appropriate.

We went late tonight to Wasabi in McKinney for sushi. I really enjoy a bit of eel roll. Then my wife helped me wrap my gadget. It was huge, but now it is suitably bagged-and-bowed.

I've been weary this evening. I bought some bananas.

I did not get a call regarding Monday's blood test. Next week I hope to find out the plan.
