on rails and rain

After years of drought, the rain returned. Five to ten inches of rain may fall in the next five days. Tomorrow, if the weather permits, I will go to Lake Ray Roberts State Park in the morning. My renewed passport arrived, so that now I may make Summer reservations for our vacation. The passport photo gives me a vaguely Second World engineer look. I forgot to buy raisin bran on the way home. We are watching the movie "Mr. Turner", which I like very well. I read about a new edition of Inkscape. I like vector drawing but wish I did it better. I also like riding on trains, and yet apply no talent standard to that endeavor.
