Glowing BIcycle

Yesterday the temperature hit a record high. I fell asleep by 10 p.m. Today I am up early due to an early Zoom meeting. I want to get my green bicycle tires inflated. A teen rode past me the other evening. One bicycle wheel had a fluorescent-colored glow-in-the-dark apparatus.
