Valdosta v. Ferris

gurdonarkI started reading Adrian Tchaikovsky's science fiction novel "Elder Race."
When I went to the Sheraton Hotel in McKinney for my WW meeting, I saw athelets from Valdosta State University. I later learned that tonight they play Ferris State University in the NCAA Division II Football Championship. The stadium in McKinney is just across the way a bit from us. If we did not already have evening plans, I might go to that game.
After WW, I drove to the Plano WW to pick up chips and small snack bars. I walked on the Chisholm Trail by the Big Lake Park. I saw 16 species of bird as I walked.
I follow with interest the revelations of actions inconsistent with democracy taken by supporters of the ex-President in January of this year. I am eager for reform and correction of this state of events.
Yesterday's warm weather led to today's chilly and windy weather. This is customary here.
