Our crape myrtles in the front yard bear blooms of pink and white and red. Each day radiates heat a bit. I read another swath of Eddie Robson's "Hearts of Oak."  The Texas governor made mask use mandatory. I worked a good day today, but hope to take some time off this weekend.
