blue wednesday

Today the sky was blue. By the time work ended, the air felt balmy. We walked Beatrice. She loves the one-mile-plus circuit of the park pond.

At lunch I walked for half an hour at Breckinridge Park.

I read about places--places I have been and places I have never visited. Inland San Diego County, Edmonton, Hridelec, San Jose del Cabo, Norman in Oklahoma. I like the idea of taking a train someplace.

Breakfast: kashi cacao cereal and skim milk. Lunch: a chewy granola bar and an almond and cranberry bar. Dinner: cube steak, rotini and salad.
