salmon and soup

I started my day with Kix cereal and skim milk. I went to a meeting in Plano and then to my office. At lunch, I walked with a colleague to Gloria's, where we each had chicken soup. After work, I walked in Shawnee Park in Plano. I stopped by Kroger and picked up bananas and a pound of salmon. We had the salmon for dinner, along with sweet potato and steamed green beans. We watched "Chicago Fire" and "This is Us" on television. I must rise early tomorrow. The next three days will be busy.
