back at it
Aug. 4th, 2016 10:26 pmToday I returned to work after a breakfast instant apples and cinnamon oatmeal. The
workday proved satisfyingly busy. At lunch, I watched an immature Eastern Bluebird in the 38 degrees C. temperature. I ate Church's fried chicken. I left at day's end to go to the Thursday Weight Watchers meeting. I was up 2/10ths of a pound, which was fine. I picked up Boston Market meals to take home, and bought bananas and
almonds at the Raj fruit market. We watched one of the Madea movies, which had some good chuckles. We watched the Anita Hill HBO movie, which we found interesting.
