Meeting Bea

Tonight I did intake at the volunteer attorney program. I met with clients for two hours. I found it, uncharacteristically, a little tiring. I think like a trial lawyer, which comes in handy for such evenings.

Today a toddler walking behind us with her parents desperately wanted to meet Beatrice. Her mother showed her how to greet a strange dog. Bea stayed still for pettung. Then toddler and parents sought out new lives and civilizations.
