In other news, the new mega-centers for drivers' license matters once again proved super-speedy, and run with "can do" Texas energy. My license replacement took 30 minutes, with everything guided by computers who kept track of one's place in the line. This is a huge improvement over the under-funded, under-staffed prior version, which was an un-Dallas as Texas can be.
