flock and wafers
Aug. 6th, 2013 07:28 pmLivejournal resisted my entries for a couple of days but it is normal now. I like how the android app Eljay is in some ways easier to use than LJ via laptop.
Monday and Tuesday proved very productive work days. The vacation week before last apparently did its work well to make me more rested. I also listened at Weight Watchers Sunday when the theme was "get more sleep". I was pleased that I did not gain any weight, despite my business trip, but sad I did not lose any.
I finished Episode 6 of my Graham Wafercast, an interview with Emily Richards. I posted it on mixcloud. I have a nice if not huge listenership.
Box.com gave me a great consumer experience, remedying a deactivation that came out of the blue.
Today I volunteered to transcribe a speaker via video on Saturday at Fedora's Flock convention. I wish I could go to Charleston in person, but if I can pull this little transcription thing off, I can contribute in a small way.Someday I hope to go to a Fedora Flock in person. I could learn a lot.
At lunch today I walked around the park at Breckinridge Park. I saw bluebirds and a green heron.
