The weather turned blissfully warm today. I stopped by four parks--Travis Farm Park and Timber Narrows Park in Murphy, Breckinridge Park in Richardson and Oak Point Park in Plano.
I saw: eastern kingbird, western kingbird, bluebonnets, evening primrose, Texas dandelion, common dandelion. red-bellied woodpecker, mockingbird, cardinal, barn swallow, rough-winged swallow, great egret, and lots of other things.

I also finished the Siege, the book on CD of the fourth Ga'oole series. I finished the Secret of Kells, a charming animated movie on hulu.com. Tonight I watched a good episode of Game of Thrones. Soon we will eat baked steelhead.
