My doctor visit Thursday went well. This weekend I will rest, get some exercise and work. The rains this week lifted the local lakes, though they are not out of drought by a good bit. I hope for more rain soon.

We watched the singer Seal's cable television interview about his break-up with his wife Heidi Klum. Though I resist the vicarious living of life through celebrity interviews, it is sad when two apparently decent folks who have a family which includes kids then break up. Life is complex and complicated.

I read today a tweet by @disquiet that church organist Gerre Hancock had died. I did not know his work, but now I am playing it through my Mog subscription service. Lovely.

I am thinking about home-made video, crisp sentences and mozzarella cheese.
