Today marks the 6th Beaversary: the anniversary of our adoption of our puggle Beatrice from the McKinney SPCA. She was about 6 when we got her and weighed sixteen pounds. Now she has a slightly grizzled muzzle and weighs twenty nine pounds. Today I threw her stuffed rabbit and also took Ted for a walk in the block or three way of her current ability. I otherwise spent the day quietly. I explained to the folks at Weight Watchers that we need not celebrate a weight loss post-surgery. The day was temperate just like the day we adopted Bea,
