A bit more rest, a bit more healing. I feel better each day. Today I took a short walk outside. I stopped to rest on a park bench by a little playground by the community swimming pool.As I walked back home, I saw a junco and this mockingbird in a bare tree. I am glad I feel better each day. I tire very easily. I must still take it very easy.

I watched (again) a bit of the movie "Once", and thought to myself how pop can have a universal, home-crafted, shared-experience quality--not a type of music I would want to make, but a type I can appreciate.
