return to/from the sun

Laredo proved quite chilly today for a place in "tropical Texas". I liked its county court at law courtroom and the collegial attorneys there. I had a belated breakfast/lunch at a very pleasant informal cafe at the airport. During my meal, I read a Laredo tourist magazine about all the places I could have gone to see birds but did not go.

Matters provided a ray of light today, but I have not yet seen the sunrise. I remain hopeful but concerned.

I loved putting on my long-sleeve casual shirt/sweater upon my return home to a mildly chilly home.
