Someone asked that I draw up a profile for a web feature. One question was about my "philosophy". My first sentence was "I like to share". As with any philosophy, it could use a lot more practice, and a bit less theory.

Today the temperature hit 107 degrees.Yet there's a loveliness notwithstanding the heat. The photo above is a Sunday view of life from Glendover Park, near our home.I picked up the bicycle tonight. I was disappointed when I realized it had the Presta style tire valves instead of the old-fashioned Schrader. But I decided that this drawback (i.e., the bike actually had the more modern valve) was not going to deter me. The fellow at Performance Bicycles in Plano named Greg was very helpful. I made a promise to myself that I am going to thoroughly enjoy this bicycle.
