Monday, Monday

I'm lucky, I suppose, to be one of those people who doesn't really mind going to work on Monday. I'm less fortunate, I suppose, that I spend my early Monday morning wondering if I should have worked on the weekend days as well.

I find that if I spend time on the weekend doing work (for my job), I'm not as enthused about beginning the work week on Monday (because the last work week never ended?).

I hope you can make short work of what's looming in front of you this morning.

I think the difficult thing about Monday for me is the matter of waking up early ... especially after a weekend of 9:30 mornings.

I just saw your comment to my latest journal entry. I'll respond to it here since you are more likely to see it.

I had my mortgage approved (gasp) but we don't close until May 30. I won't be moving in until mid-June, so my current address is good for a while longer.

And, I wouldn't call myself a slavish buyer of everything an artist may put out. But I do like to pick up what sounds good (and in quantity!!!). I've been cutting down in a major way lately. A mortgage will do that, you know. ;)

Did you ever have a chance to listen to Apsaras? Wasn't sure if that was your thing, but I sure like that CD.e

Asparas is wonderful! I listened to it recently, having somehow put it aside in a box without meaning to, but finding it in the last week or two.
It's a great listen!
