warm, dark days

gurdonarkMonday morning I rose early and got a quick march on my work. Monday at noon I went to Breckinridge Park.
Lots of bluebirds and house finches played in the 70 degree (21 degrees Celsius) weather. I tried to take their pictures, but the deep gray clouds did not provide the best light.
We plotted a trip to Arizona next month. We watched an episode of "The Carrie Diaries". We ate oven-friend chicken.
The chronological history of Christianity is in the 1300s/1400s region. Lots of folks felled by the black death, lots of persecution of the heterodox, dollops of intriuging mystical visionaries, and the construction of lovely cathedrals. One nice thing about a chronology is that it is the bullet point form lets one figure out what would be interesting to review in depth.
This morning I drew a sketch of a squid.
