I haven't had a really great watermelon since I lived in Texas, I've had merely adequate ones. The canteloupe from Colorado is out of this world though.

Also, I agree, it's "crawdad". "Crayfish" sound like something a scientist might say. And then she'd say "... it's not really a fish".

Maybe we should qualify "crawdad" by saying "... it's not really a dad."
